Tobacco smoking is a practice that begun early in time, between five thousand and three thousand years before Christ. The tobacco smoking was introduced in the Old World in the late fifteen century. In the 1920s German scientists formally identified a link between smoking and lung cancer. This kind of cancer is a disease produced by a high consumption of tobacco smoking. In this case the cancer is generated by the invasion of adjacent tissue and infiltration beyond the lungs.
The lung cancer is responsible for one point three million deaths in the world annually; this number includes men and women. Some symptoms of this cancer are shortness of breath, coughing, and weight loss.
It is said that from the moment that a person discovers that they have lung cancer, there are around three months until their deaths, that’s why this cancer is considered the most fulminant from all.
It is very important to understand that having tobacco smoking addiction is bad, because this product is dangerous for our health, and it is also a bad example for the children. That’s why it is necessary that people understand the importance about this topic, and do actions to eliminate this problem.
In conclusion it is necessary and important to take in to consideration some advices to avoid this addiction and to improve our health when consuming tobacco:
- Smoking is dangerous for our health, that’s why you should not smoke.
- Going to the doctor is good when having some addiction.
- Walk 30 minutes per day is a good piece of advice.
- Practice other activities to distract your mind.
- Finally think about your family, they love you and does not want to see you suffering.
