Honesty

Is the honesty the best policy, yes or no?

Some people think that lying is good when it is justified

Nevertheless we can be asked: is it correct to lie? The idea of lying for some people is based on the fact that it is better to lie than hurting a person, or it is better to lie than being exposed to a sanction.

However, as an afterthought, lying is not correct, because the meaning of a lie is a direct deceit, although it is justified like a noble or white lie and it does not hurt anybody.

In my personal opinion a lie is a circumstance we must be ashamed of. It is a bad situation like robbing, reason why we must learn to say the truth although it is not something easy for us.

In addition, thinking that the honesty is a good policy is trying to live correctly. Sometimes, it is better to stop in the way to think about what we are going to say than talking about subjects that may hurt the people we have around.

A way to avoid lying is to learn to opine only about subjects that are going to be positive or people’s life, instead of saying words that do not contribute positively in the life of others.

For the previous thing we must always think: it is good what I am going to say or not?.

When in our lives we begin to apply a correct policy and learn not to hurting the people with lies; we are going to understand that the correct way is going to direct us to very positive days. In addition, applying a good policy like the honesty is going to demonstrate to the people a good example of how we must behave, until this attitude becomes a positive trend in life.

So, remember that it is not so certain that a lie is better than the a truth that makes you feel sad; a lie is a negative choice that at some moment can hurt us.
